Meet Yariela - she is a proud New York City girl who growing up watched her grandmother in the Dominican Republic give to others and amazed with how grateful people were on the receiving end, she followed in those footsteps at an early age. She worked for one of the largest unions in the country, where she acquired the skills to successfully solve issues and help others with grace and integrity.

Meet Franchesca - she comes from a large, tight-knit Dominican family where she learned all about the value of community. Proud Jersey girl who now lives in Florida, she is a Personal Injury attorney whose career choice stemmed from her desire to help others. Her attention to detail allows her to focus on issues and promptly find solutions that are always in the best interest of others.
Dominga "Nena" Mariano
Meet Nena - she is a hard working mother of two beautiful daughters & has chosen a career helping moms raise their children as a nanny. Her love for children drove her to plan small events in her front yard to give out candy, cake, juice & water to the neighborhood kids. This love also attracted the attention of two good friends & that is how Nena becomes part of Smiles Included Inc. as our Operations Director in South region of the Dominican Republic.
